I imagine Tumblr would work well if you wanna consolidate. As long as you can get past the idea that it’s for shorter posts.

Robert, I appreciate your comment! However, I couldn’t disagree with you more. Hillary practices the old-style, divisive, anything-to-win, slash-and-burn, Republican-style politics. She fits better on a Republican ticket than a progressive ticket. Hillary Clinton is an example of why I am not registered as a Democrat.

Obama holds the promise of changing the tone in Washington, and he could not claim to do that with Hillary on his ticket.

And since when does someone who is losing a two-person race offer second-place to the clear leader?

Their policy positions are similar, and Hillary would be better than McCain policy-wise, but I can’t go beyond that in her defense.

Obama-Clinton, Clinton-Obama – either dream team is McCain’s worst nightmare. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama can easily make that nightmare a reality for him right now. Here’s how:

Both publicly pledge that if are nominated for President, the other candidate will be their first choice for the Vice Presidential spot.

This immediately puts a stop to attacks on the other, or calling their ability into question. They can still debate the issues and clarify their differences, but the main focus of their anger and outrage can now be directed at the Bush-McCain policies of the past 8 years.

The enthusiastic support of the other is exactly what each candidate will need in the fall to win. Each appeals to the voters the other has the hardest time attracting. If they combine their strengths – “hope” and “work” – they both will almost certainly be in a position to lead America out of the mess we are in.

I have not gotten all the way through your post because I got sidetracked by Obama’s Clinton-rebuking page.

They might be factually correct, but one would think Obama would have at least one copy editor volunteering for him. At one point not only do they not capitalize “president” in “President Kennedy”, but they actually write the name of our country as “the united states”.

Poor form, Obama campaign!

Obama is the face and future of both the Democratic Party and America. We need to move forward, not backward. Many people believe that voting for Hillary will be like going back to 1994 and the Bill days, but it won’t. This is 2008 we need to be looking forward to how we can improve, not just return to the status quo. As more people begin to realize this, more people lean towards Obama. By the way, the republicans thought Bush Jr. would be much like Bush Sr. I bet they are regretting making that bet now…look forward to a new brighter path, vote OBAMA!
